Welcome to the official home of the Laker Marching Band. The Laker Marching Band is one of the most dedicated, visible, and energetic organizations at Grand Valley State University. The band works hard on and off the field to spread Laker pride and school spirit at every event. Fans welcome the powerful performances, and members love being involved with something great.
We hope the information here will prove informative for all Laker Marching Band members of the past, present and future. Audition Music and Band Camp Packet NOW AVAILABLE!
Audition music for concert bands and the band camp information packet is now available. Everyone who filled out a pre-registration form will receive an email shortly with the password to open the files. Click here to go to the information page.
Digital Pre-Registration Now Available!
If you are planning to be a member of any ensemble anytime during the 2008-2009 school year, you must fill out a pre-registration form. Once we have this information, you will get the most up to date information for the ensembles you have indicated. This is required for all returning members and new members.
